Here is the information for the YPF 09/10 project.  Below you'll find a link to a .pdf with the assignment details.  

You are to email to me your rough(s) and one sample of your work-in the style you propose to use by:

SEPTEMBER 23rd. (To allanwdc@comcast.net)  You are to label your files as:

LastName_FirstName_1, LastName__FirstName_2, etc.  

A written estimate/proposal for this assignment will be due by September 24, more information will be provided in class to accomplish this task.

National Geographic Internship, Fall 09

Here is a GREAT internship opportunity with National Geographic magazine. Below find information  and invitation for you to apply for our 2009 fall art and graphics academic internship. Attached please find a copy of the application. Interested students should fill out the second page (please note that the PDF is interactive, allowing them to fill in each field by using Acrobat Reader), and e-mail the completed document to NGMArtIntern@ngs.org along with the items listed below by September 14th, 2009: 

1.        Completed application (see second page) 
2.        Resume and cover letter detailing your background, relevant coursework, and why you want the internship 
3.        Portfolio of six samples (in PDF or Tiff format) reflecting a variety of work in art and information graphics.
